Spherical bearings are mature products introduced and developed at the end of the 20th century, and are widely used in new bridges. The spherical bearings rotate through the spherical surface of the ball crown liner, and adapt to the displacement requirements of the bridge through the plane sliding of the ball crown liner. TJGZ series spherical steel bearings are divided into four types: fixed support (GD), longitudinal movable support (ZX), transverse movable (HX), and multi-directional movable (DX). TJGZ series spherical steel bearings have uniform force transmission, small turning torque, consistent rotational performance in all directions, and the design angle can reach more than 0.05rad, which can be applied to continuous beams and simple support beam bridges.
