Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission promulgated the Notice on Printing and Distributing the "Three-year Action Plan for Strengthening the Core Competitiveness of Manufacturing (2018-2020)" (the "Plan"). The plan states that China will develop a new generation of 600-kilometer/h-high-speed maglev trains in the next three years. NDRC indicated in the "Plan" that by the end of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, key manufacturing industries such as rail transit equipment will break through a number of major key technologies for industrialization and form a group of leading enterprises with international influence and build a group of China Manufacturing well-known brands, creating a group of internationally recognized standards in China, significantly improving manufacturing innovation, product quality significantly improved overall quality significantly enhanced.
