On 2nd,November, the first phase of line 11 officially changed its name to the third stage of line 6.
This line is the third north-south rail transit line between center city and Tianfu new area. The first phase of line 11 is the backbone of the Tianfu new area interior lines, with line 1 and line 5 which can encrypt vertical linkage between center city and Tianfu new area. The project began in the first quarter of 2017 and is expected to be open to traffic by the end of 2020.
