On 28th Feb., the first shield tunneling machine of Chengdu Rail Transit Line 18 successfully departure from Haichanglu station, which is the symbol of the project coming into shield construction and beginning to drag thorough. It is reported from the Chengdu Rail Transit Group co., Ltd that it is the first PPP metro project and also a PPP project with biggest investment volume in domestic city. Meanwhile, it is the fastest subway line and expect open to public at the same time of Chengdu international airport start working.
