The first-stage project of Metro Line 11 starts with Guandonglu station, passing through Xinchengren road, Kuizhou avenue, Fuzhou road, Zhengxin 42 road and Yinbin avenue, the terminal station is Huilonglu station. The whole line is 22km long, whose underground section is 20.1km, and elevated section is 1.9km. It has set 19 sections , of which 18 are underground sections and 1 is elevated section. With 3 transfer stations, one can transfer from Metro Line 11 to Metro Line 1, 5, 6 and 18. At Fuzhou road of Line 11, one can transfer to Line 1  , Line 11 and Line 18. As planned, the first-stage project of Metro Line 11 will began construction in Jan. 2017 and will be in trial operation at the end of Dec. 2020, it will last 4 years for construction.
