Xinjiang Provincial Highway No.303 Qitai-Mulei Expressway is being built, where the Mulei River Bridge is under the construction.  Currently, the construction on Dahuang Mountain-Qitai and Qitai-Mulei Expressways has been speeded up, which 90% has been finished totally.
