On September 30, expressways from Jilin to Caoshi, from Fumin to Jingyu, from Tonghua to Xinkailing were open to public. Including the new built Wangqing-Yanji Expressway, the goal to build and 400km expressways which have been open to traffic has realized successfully.  This year, Jilin has realized the goal of building 2250km and by 2015; Jilin will realize expressways from county to country.
