On September 30, the commencement ceremony of Shaanxi Ankang-Pingli Expressway was held. Governor of Shaanxi Province, Zhao Yongzheng, attended the ceremony and released the construction order. The Provincial Department of Transportation Minister, Feng Xining, presided over the ceremony.
