On September 6, Vice-chairman of Shaanxi Traffic and Transportation Bureau, Hu Baocun held a meeting to discuss the issues on speeding up preliminary work on the highway projects, increasing project reserves and gaining the national subsidies and funds.  The current work plan has been deployed in the meeting too.
